This End-User License Agreement ("EULA", “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Supernova App Development LLC. This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of All Over Minecraft App ("Software"), which are owned and operated by Supernova App Development LLC (“All Over Minecraft,” “us,” “we,” or “our”), a legal entity incorporated under the laws of Georgia, having its registered office at Georgia, Tbilisi, Nadzaladevi district, Erosi Manjgaladze street, N 75a.
By installing or using the software in any form, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and accept the terms of this agreement and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these terms, do not install, download, or use the software, and uninstall it if already installed.
Scope of License
Software is licensed, not sold. All Over Minecraft grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited, and revocable license to download, install, and use the All Over Minecraft software (“License”) strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy. This license allows you to use All Over Minecraft Software exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all other rights to the All Over Minecraft Software.
The Software is protected by copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may use Software only as expressly permitted in this Agreement.
Ownership rights
All Over Minecraft Software, including all associated elements such as code, images, logos, audio, video, music, text, applets, and any other content, as well as any related documentation and copies, is the exclusive property of Supernova App Development LLC and is protected by applicable copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and other applicable laws of the country in which the Software is being used.
By installing, using, or accessing the Software, you acknowledge that you do not gain any rights, ownership, or control over any of the intellectual property related to the Software. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, remain the sole property of Supernova App Development LLC.
Limitations on Your Right to Use
You shall not engage in any actions that may compromise or infringe upon our ownership and intellectual property rights related to the Software. Unless expressly permitted by this Agreement or applicable laws, you shall not:

Technical Support
All Over Minecraft may offer technical support features during the software license term, such as assistance through email or other methods. Technical support is provided at Supernova App Development LLC discretion, without any guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for backing up all existing data, software, and programs before seeking technical support. During the support process, Supernova App Development LLC may assess that the issue exceeds the scope of its support services and reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate technical support at its discretion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Supernova App Development LLC provides the Software "as is" and without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will meet your expectations or function without interruption or errors. We do not guarantee the Software is free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risks associated with using the Software, including any data loss or errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supernova App Development LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or any other party who has been involved in the creation, production, distribution, promotion, or marketing of the services be liable to you or any other party for any special, indirect, incidental, reliance, exemplary, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of data or profits, or for inability to use the service, even if we or such other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Such limitation shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy and to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event, shall our aggregate liability to you and any other party, whether direct or indirect, exceed thirty dollars ($30.00) for any and all claims, damages, and other theories of liability.
Third-Party Programs
If the Software includes third-party programs, these components are subject to their own licensing agreements, which may include open-source or free software licenses. This Agreement does not override or restrict your rights under those third-party licenses, nor does it grant you additional rights beyond what those licenses permit. Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia and international copyright laws and treaties, without considering conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Georgia.
This Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and Supernova App Development LLC, replacing any prior agreements, communications, or understandings—whether written or oral—concerning its subject matter. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
Changes to the EULA
Supernova App Development LLC may revise this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion and the revised Agreement shall automatically apply to the corresponding versions of the All Over Minecraft distributed with the revised terms.
Termination
This EULA becomes effective upon your first use of the Software and remains in effect until terminated. Upon termination, the License granted under this EULA will cease immediately, and you must discontinue all access to and use of the Software.
